Maybe it wouldn't fit in the Legal viewpoint, but I think it would - how about some text on how to apply for a patent, what costs to expect, how to correctly state "Patent Pending" in the various places in your application to comply with however that's supposed to be stated, and so on. It could also go into how to enforce your patent when you find someone copying your idea, and so on.
I think that would be really helpful, as the patent system is rather arcane from what I know of it, but lots of MicroISVs probably have great ideas that would be plenty patentable.
