Visual Studio 2005: Package Load Failure after installing GlidePath

After installing GlidePath (all install pieces completed successfully), i get the following Package Load Failure error running Visual Studio 2005:

    ---------------------------
    Microsoft Visual Studio
    ---------------------------
    Package Load Failure

Package 'GlidepathGuidancePackage' has failed to load properly ( GUID = {C42E7262-56F4-4517-B4AD-7BC7F8DBE110} ). Please contact package vendor for assistance. Application restart is recommended, due to possible environment corruption. Would you like to disable loading this package in the future? You may use 'devenv /resetskippkgs' to re-enable package loading.
    ---------------------------
    Yes   No
    ---------------------------

I've run the repair process on the GAX, but i still get that error. Any ideas on how to fix it?

    thanks!

What SKU of Visual Studio and OS are you using?

This typically means some portion of the installation of the ProjectGlidepath installation didn't work.  Did you try to install to folder other than the default or change the connect string?
