I'm installing on a VSTS Architect Edition + Windows Server 2003 box. I had the previous version of PG installed and running. I uninstalled PG before trying to install v2.
The v2 installation seemed to go fine, but when I opened VS I got the following:
Package 'GlidepathGuidancePackage' has failed to load properly ( GUID = {C42E ... Application restart is recommended, due to possible environment corruption.
I restarted VS, but get the same load failure.
I tried to uninstall PG, and the first two packages unistalled fine but on teh Guidance Automation Extensions I got this:
An exception occurred while uninstalling ... In order to succesfully uninstall the product, Visual Studio must be installed. The file Mvp.Xml, Version=2.0.2158.1055, ... PublicKey Token = dd92... cannot be found....
I'll poke around a bit more, but am stuck at the moment.
